Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyBikes ("MyBikes", the "App", the "Service"), operated by Covian LLC("Covian", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MyBikes helps cyclists track bicycle components and maintenance intervals. The Service connects to your Strava account (with your permission) to read your bikes and ride distances, and surfaces suggested maintenance intervals and curated third-party tutorials. MyBikes is an informational tool — it does not replace professional mechanic judgment, manufacturer instructions, or your own inspection of your equipment.

2. Strava connection

Sign-in is via Strava. You authorize MyBikes to access the Strava data scopes shown during authorization. You can disconnect at any time from your Strava settings; doing so will disable most features of the Service. MyBikes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava, Inc.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Strava credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

4. Free trial & subscriptions

MyBikes is free to use for the first 90 days after you create an account. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $3 USD per month or $20 USD per year (prices may change with notice). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• use the Service to violate Strava's terms or any applicable law;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

6. Disclaimer

MAINTENANCE INTERVALS, VIDEOS, AND TIPS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FOR GENERAL GUIDANCE ONLY. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE COMPONENT MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND CONSULT A QUALIFIED MECHANIC WHEN IN DOUBT. CYCLING AND BICYCLE REPAIR INVOLVE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COVIAN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
